today was a good day....jsut got home...

-got banned here this morning due to a fau pas on my part this morning (sorry mods😱)
-studied two hours this morning
-went to class for two
-studied another six hours
-had free pizza with a freind who was checking out some computers I got for free
-came home with a server he built me from scratch out of the parts ( he gets free stuff too):

-dual p3 866mhz /512MB RAM/ 40GB HD/ 1 extra onboard scsi controller / 2 extra dual ATA cotrollers😀, three NICs, scsi DAT drive 😀, 300watt antec PSU, like 6 sunon 80mm fans....that will be the fileserver...minus two nics 😀 It has the capacity and the cooing for 8 HDs and I have more than that so we shall see😀

-going to get a p4 1.8 with three Nics to serve as my Astaro firewall on wednesday😛.....it doesn't have AGP and a really cumby m0b0 so it is practically useless for anythign else.

(I am going to sell my m0n0wall-based soekris box in a few days😀 (128MB ram, 266mhz geode, 512MB CF card if anyone is interested😉 )


-mods reconsidered and let be back in (they rock!😀)


tomorow:
-have to work yet another 12 hour day framing (construction)🙁

wednesday:
-I have a statics test on wednesday that will probably violate me in ways I can only imagine🙁 x infinity 🙁

Seriously though, I got a LOT of stuff done today. I was ...frankly, I was shocked at how much time I did NOT waste😱
