Today SUX

You know, some months are worse than others. We lost our puppy today. I had to put her to sleep when she bit through a laptop powercord 🙁. what really sux is that Our children were there when this happened. She was a red wennie dog (can't spell the dautchsun or something like that) she was 15 weeks old. We had already lost her daddy to poisoning.

Im sorry to hear that. We had to put down our 12 yealr old dog maggie today as well. She had become unsafe.

what exactly happens ? Did it just not respond to anything anymore ? I would think it dies right from the charge but I guess it didn't.

when a small dog is shocked with that much electricity, the vet said that it destroys the heart and lungs. It literally shreads them.

The Vet euthanized the puppy by lethal injection. She died peacefully. 🙁

did you ever confirm the dad was poisoned? I read the old thread but never saw an update saying you knew for sure.
