For corporate taxes. I'll enjoy paying our tax accounting firm triple billing hours from last night's work.

My S-corp has to be in by the end of February, iirc. What's the difference?

S Corp, C Corp and Partnerships are all due on 3/15 (9/15 after 6 month extension) if they are calender year (year end 12/31/2009).

I don't know how you'd get it at the end of February...you could have a Feb 15th if your year end was November 30th.

Thanks.

Yep, 3/15. Just looked it up. Remembered it was earlier than the personal 4/15.

The consumer pays the taxes indirectly. Business just passes that cost to them.

Not necessarily. Many corps do things like charitable donating, local school funding, and all sorts of other shit they can write off. The money goes into the local economy, which is awesome.

If Intel and Nike ever left this county, we would be completely screwed.
