nice! Today is my 5th day in a 100 day quest to drop at least 40 pounds by the summer. I'm pretty hardcore when it comes to losin weight, but its' gonna be a long road ahead.

The weather getting warmer helps alot too!

Congrats, can you transfer some of your lost weight to my Paypal account? I'm too skinny.

I weigh 215 now and need to get down to 185 or so. Time to get those maggots from the medical supply store and get to work!

actually, just exercise and adjusted diet...

I use the elliptical about 3-4 times a week 50 min each time.

as far as diet, I have maybe a bagel and cheese with an odwalla OJ for breakfast, lunch I have a sandwich and diet soda, then for dinner I might have a lean cuisine meal...the majority of the weight has come off in the last few months. (since I changed my diet).

I discivered that it's ok to eat bad from time to time, just not at night.
Oh yes, I've cut out regualr sodas, sweets, etc... anything with corn syrup and so forth. You'd be surprised what you can do.

Good job, keep it up! By the way, carbs are not the enemy. It's refined sugars and processed foods that are the evil of mankind. But kudos to you

treadmill is better by far. The trainer at the gym told me it's good for your stomach muscles, whereas the ET doesn't do anything for them

i dont see how people can stand the treadmill. going out and jogging on a road is sooo much better. WAY less boring and its free!
