If these little tidbitd were "interesting" nobody would have a problem....it's the fact that they are not, in fact, interesting, that irritates everyone. Except the dreadfully mundane that is.

And the fact that it is a thinly veiled attempt and pushing hiw own agenda where it needs not be foisted upon everyone just makes it even more irritating. So before all of you freaks start calling everyone who dislikes this tool a homophobe (oh what a copout, I disagree with being gay so suddenly I am afraid of it, or I am gay myself and just overcompensating....right, welcome to a world where nobody has to make sense).

This whole thing is so stupid....and even worse now that I see some idiot-boxes going "ooooh thats very interesting....I have a complete lack of knowledge regarding history, thank you for posting these dull pointless facts to push your agenda"....

first of all, they don't irritate everyone, just the easily irritated.

second of all, i resent being called "dreadfully mundane" or the implication that i have a "complete lack of knowledge regarding history". i don't think you have to be dreadfully mundane to enjoy trivia, and i don't think that you have to have a complete lack of knowledge regarding history to find these interesting. it is entirely possible that you specialize in say, ancient history, and therefore would naturally have no knowledge about texaco's recent actions.

but this is really besides the point... the point is that if you don't find them interesting, that's great. go do something else then. he's not hurting anyone. and it's not like he is burdening the forums... it's one thread a day for god's sake.

Btw, do not make statements on my tolerence towards "others". I stated it a few times, but i'll state it before. I do not like the posts of EbonyExperience based on the fact that they only exist for daily facts which are supposed to improve gay rights.
