pretty pathetic huh, we even have to use the Mr and MRS and Miss when we use the word bios in our class. tends to make things easy for the idiots. I got a 99.9% on my test, i was the onlyone who passed with a 90+, there was 2 70's and the rest were below 50 lol

eh, im in there for some knowledge..and some practice for a+. then ill take the test
next year ill take networking. That class is pretty gay, the fastest computers we got it celeron 366, just processors about 10, no mobo's for them
lol

we get old p2 200, from YAHOO.com, and some company donated a load of crapppy pentium 100 computers.
when we get our hands on DEAD monitors, we get to go out to the dumpster and chuck em into the trash, seems to be the highlight of the class.......

and on my test, i got the deff of IDE wrong, the teacher taught us Integrated DEvice electronics then the day before the test told us Integrated Drive Electronics, i forgot.

and, no it wouldnt flood a whole bunch of a+ certs, because half the people in there barley speak english and know what a computer is and the oother half know how to use aol and thats it. theres 3 smart people in there, but i seem to know more then anyone.......sometimes even more then the Teacher

i don't doubt that you could know more that the teacher because most of the time the people who are teaching the class have come from other industries trying to "break" into IT so they usualy have little trianing and experiacnce at least in IT.

ROTFLMAO!

You should bring this up during class sometime.. AMD vs. Intel.

Just think of it, now is your chance to convert all the people in your class, who have never even heard of AMD. :)

Wouldn't it be more sensible for Mrs. POST to be a mister?
I mean, we're talking about a "post" and all, so i'd use mr.

Do you have a telephone # and extension that I can reach this teacher at? I will be proud to speak to him about MR POST. Also, give me a time (in pacific) when he can be reached.

Or you would just make a complete ass of yourself.

It would be like telling everyone that AOL isn't the internet.

"crapppy pentium 100"

:| I'm just about sick of "computer savvy" people referring to older computers as "crappy". A 100mhz Pentium is capable of filling a lot of useful jobs. We use a 75mhz Pentium as the household server.

Be careful, soon you will learn about "Doctor DOS" (D.R. DOS, or Digital Research DOS).

I use a pentium 60 as a porn machine/walkthrough computer in my bedroom :p

as soon as I figure out a way to get big files on it (it doesn't have a cd drive) and get a soundcard in it its going to be my classic gaming rig :)
