I must say I enjoyed it alot.

I basically had to choose between Quiznos and a no name Korean deli, and being the uncultured fool that I am, I expected to buy some sort of inexpensive sandwhich at their establishment...

Needless to say, I spent some time looking at the menu thinking about what the fvk I would get. 😱

I ended up barking my desire for Number "16," whatever the hell it was to the non-english speakign waitress...acutally she knew 'broken' english...don't we all😉

It was very tasty except for the taste of tunafish which I didn't like. Once I got around that though, the rest of it was really good. .

I would really like to know what the hell I ate, so I saved the reciept for counsel with you people.

The abbreveation for the order is "Modeum Kimp." If that helps.


Please let me know if I ate dog or something, as I have to ask my German Shepherd for forgiveness if that is the case😉

Don't know what you had, but I usually like Korean food. Except kimchee. *shudders*

I thought it was sushi. They don't make sushi? Obviously they have other stuff. i jsut meant that there was a lot of sushi, or items resembling sushi on the menu.

Ya.. Koreans know that us stupiAmerican think that all Asians are the same.. So they just say 'what the hell, i'll make sushi, chinese food, korean food, and anything else asian' at teh same restaurant.

I like it for variety.

Kimchee is gross. Don't eat it.
 
If you're inexperienced, here are some good starters to try:

Dragon roll
California roll
Seattle Roll
Unagi (fresh water eel)

All the meat on those are fully cooked. If you're brave enough to try raw fish, try some toro (fatty tuna) or some yellowtail. If you have huge balls, try some fugu 😀

korean food is not all sushi, they do have some for some reason. but when i think of sushi i think of japanese food.

i suggest you try,

raw salmon
raw tuna,
eel

and spider roll = my favorite roll (soft shell crab)
 
Here is a good place to start to educate yourself about sushi.

Sushi actually isn't raw fish. Sashimi is raw fish. Sushi is actually old cooked rice dressed with vinegar that is shaped into bite-sized pieces and topped with raw or cooked fish, or formed into a roll with fish, egg, or vegetables and wrapped in seaweed.

For starters, you should probably go with something like a California Roll, and then move on towards more (better) items like raw salmon, yellowtail, tuna, and if you're rich off your ass, toro, which is the fatty part of the tuna, and is a foodgasm to eat. Caterpillar roll (kind of like california, except with cooked eel and more avocado and a special sauce) is great, crunchy rolls are usually good, as are dragon rolls, spider rolls (softshell crab), and others. Learn by doing, so eat eat eat 🙂 The difference between good sushi and bad sushi is like Ruth's Chris steak to a hamburger patty, so check out reviews online to find the best places around your area. my favorite is anything fried or eel... im not fond of the raw fish stuff--not because im weirded--i just plain dont like them. my roomate is a sushi chef at the local restaurant so i get nice hookups
