Today I learned ctrl+click = save image in Opera. How do I it in other browsers?

I don't know about a keyboard shortcut, but you can in IE9 (and I believe Firefox) drag an image (as long as it's not a link) from the webpage to your desktop, or a folder to save it. You can do the same for a link too.

In FF alt-click will save the target image for a link/thumbnail. I don't know of a quick way to save the current image.

I would always right click the image and see what choices I had. It is usually COPY or SAVE IMAGE AS in IE.

And, the same thing works in FF 4, and there are even more choices.

Why is this such a problem with Opera? Every other browser I know of has this simple--can't believe I have to call it this!--feature! Ridiculous.
