today i ate....

6 bananas, ~1 and a quarter boxes of strawberries, a pineapple, half an apple, 2 carrots

all in to a magic bullet... rawr

And probably at least 2 -3 cups of orange juice + mango juice to make all that.

no real food
 
today i had artery clogging, heart stopping, greasy food that tasted dam good.

Coffee with milk, two hot dogs, a handfull of Fritos, a low fat yoghurt, leftover pork loin and washing it down with some red wine. Oh and 3 or 4 12oz diet cokes through out the day.

stir fry veggies... mmm i have some gailan waiting in the fridge along with some beef... stir fry broccolli beef =]

I suck at picking the proper vegetables from 99. Nor do I know how to cook them really. Hence, frozen stir fry veggies from costco ftw.
 
So far I've had:
one cup of fruit salad
salami salad w/ cheese and peppers
some chips

That's all. But I've only done 8 miles on the bike today instead of my usual 20.

so far I had boiled egg whites for breakfast

then for late lunch, I had some noodles

for dinner.. I plan to eat something big because I don't wanna lose weight 🙁
