Because I have friend's who are on a LAN with the server (it's run from a dorm) and we use MS Gamevoice.
 
I like playing on Neo's. He runs it for ppl here on anandtech. Contact Neotechman about getting acces 😀
 
I used to play on my server (I was admin) until I had to take it down 🙁 It was at work and wasn't forced to take it down but I could have gotten in some trouble if I left it up and running.
