So I drink a lot of water. Usually a glass every waking hour which comes out to about a gallon a day. And yet... I still find myself feeling thirsty. I don't consume much salt throughout the day, at least under the recommended RDA, and I don't spend all day in a sauna either. Anyway, I'm not so concerned about why I feel thirsty, although knowing that would be interesting. I'm just wonder if there's anything wrong with drinking two gallons a day? That would certainly quench my thirst.
