To Those who got the WD 80GB SE at CC for 73.99 :: CC now has a 40$ MIR!!

Circuit city now has a 40$ mail in rebate for this harddrive.

Since we bought it without the 40$ MIR, when it was just 139.99$, we might be able to get the 40 MIR added on

however, the 40$ MIR is for purchases after last sunday only, so you would have to take your Receipt back and ask them to renew it so you can get the MIR, most likely they will.

Im gonna try it later this week, AS ALWAYS YMMV.

Hey, check out what I wrote in the original thread. I went to CC and they gave me cash back instead of having to deal with a MIR. I had to haggle a little bit with the CSR and Manager but nevertheless, I got my money I told people, I scanned my receipts from yesterday showing what happened. At least this way, you didn't/don't have to deal with a MIR. It's more like an Instant Rebate!!!
