My GF is going to UCLA this fall, and she's Spanish Major. but she doesn't know which parking lot permit to buy.. (looking to buy permit for lot that's closest to buildings where Spanish classes are taught)

I was guessing Humanities, but i'd thought it'd be better if i ask someone who's from UCLA.

your help will be appreciated. thank you. 🙂

In UCLA, the parking lot picks YOU!

Unless she's a grad student/athlete/1hr+ commuter, it's highly unlikely she'll get to pick a lot, if she gets parking at all.

spanish dept is located in rolfe.

however, that's just where the dept is located. the classes can be anywhere all over campus.

the CLOSEST lot is p5. however that is reserved mostly for anderson, so chances are she won't get it. apply for 4 or 7, but she might wind up in 3.

if she gets parking, joy for her.

HAHAHA there is no way in hell she will get parking if she is an undergrad applying on her own. I knew several grad students who couldn't get anything better than lot 32/31. The easiest way to get decent parking is to apply with a friends who lives in Westwood, but the family lives around LA/OC. Carpool applycations are guaranteed parking.

take 4 or 7 if she even gets it. unless she's coming from far away she's unlikely to get parking.
