To the Victors . . .

Even if you don't vote you still have a say in whatever happens in the nation. However, what you do lose is your right to BITCH about what a candidate or party does. If you didn't vote, then you sure as hell can't bitch. Feel free to engage in discourse with all the rest of us next time, and perhaps you might find it in your heart to vote. I do not think we should ignore or write-off the 1/3 that didn't vote, but we sure as hell should slap the sh!t out of them. Of course, that's their right not to vote, and it is my right to assume they either didn't care, were ignorant, or thought not voting was a politcal statement unto itself.

The 2/3 that didn't go along with the winner don't count in our society, the ends always justifies the means.

Assuming the intent of the 1/3 that didn't vote is anything other than they didn't vote is an error of logic.

I think it is an error of logic to not vote. 😉

The one third that didn't vote were of about the same caliber as the one third that voted for Bush, too ignorant to be informed on the issues.

This seems to be a common sentiment. 'Anyone who disagrees with me and voted for Bush must be ignorant on the issues.' And I thought Bush was the arrogant one.

Actually there is evidence in the PIPA study that Bush supporters are ignorant.

That's, what, the 1100th time you jerked off to that study?

Is this fact ignorant:

33% of all women that voted for Bush did so due to moral issues (abortion). That was their ONLY reason. I am no rocket scientist, but that seems alot like being "ignorant on the issues"!

There's evidence everywhere that lots of people are stupid, including those who keep parroting this claim over and over and over.

Wow, you are getting pretty filthy huh? Are you another one of those "values" voters.

That study will be posted as long as people claim Bush-supporters aren't ignorant. Cheers.

I'm not talking about "lots of people." I'm talking about Bush supporters in response to a specific post by Cyclowizard. Even if were true that lots of people are stupid, it would not mean that Bush supporters aren't ignorant. 😉

Gee, this thread title was meant to you. It should have said: To Infohawk... go the trolls. I kid, I kid, I kid my buddy Infohawk - old buddy ole pal! Find one thread where I've ever mentioned morality or values as a deciding factor for how I vote. Oh, that's right, just another troll attempt, a sham, a complete lie. Here's a :cookie:. I've noticed something, ever since YOU started PMing me you've been ranting and raving back and forth with me. Seriously, it isn't good for the forum, so I'll just ignore you from now on. Unless you do something egregious like open your mouth.

RE: PIPA study. I discussed that in another thread with someone(I believe Aelius or another Canadian) and you were ominpresent in it as well. I believe I asked you to respond or elaborate about a 100 times, but you just left the thread after I shredded your argument.

Then keep repeating yourself and we can all easily decide who the really stupid people really are, Bush supporters or otherwise.

As long as people keep repeating that Bush supporters are not ignorant, I will keep referencing the PIPA study.

Why would I do that? I never said you claimed morality or values was a deciding factor.

Why don't you bump that thread? I can't find it. And it's not my argument. It's an independent study.

Infohawk is a respected member of this forum and contributes more to it than you ever will. Lots of people claim Infohawk is a troll yet never back it up with evidence so I'm not surprised you can't do it either.

If you are going to publicly call him out as a troll and such you need to have something to back it up. Otherwise, your claims are simply bogus. If you don't have any solid reasons to disparage him, I'd think you'd just refrain from doing so.

Anyway, you don't seem to really want to back your allegations up. Next time you yell troll on the boards without any reason just remember that you're the real trull here.

And as long as you do, your candidates will never be elected. You see, ignorance can be fixed. Idiocy is for life.

Are you actually suggesting that as long as I keep referencing a PIPA study on P&N that people I vote for will never win?

Why not find a study that contradicts the PIPA study? It's that, or be an idiot the rest of your life.

You certainly implied that. For the record, you told me you hated to see old things dredged up, but let me try to find it...

Ah, another response from the insecure who feel the need to bolster themselves by citing studies from biased organizations. I'd look to a right leaning organization to demonstrate that Kerry supporters are ignorant, but I haven't found one yet willing to stoop that low.
