To the adepts of PayPal

Hello,

I have a problem with PayPal. When I want to pay an auction won on eBay with PayPal, I get this error message: "This payment cannot be funded with a credit card at this time. Please try again." I think it's because the seller is using a HotMail email, but I am really not sure. If someone could help me or tell me how to fix this, I would appreciate it. I have sent an email to PayPal and they don't even seem to know what the problem is. They don't know their own system, how reassuring!

You just have to tell the person that if they dont accept credit card payments, that you cannot pay them. If they have that PayPal Logo on their auction, but make no mention that they dont accept cc payments, then you can simply say that they misrepresented their payment options and you can get out of the deal.

Hi,

I have checked the Auctions which I get the error message and they all say they accept CC payment with PayPal. I have asked a seller if his PayPal account accepts Credit Card payment.

Anyone else might have an idea?
