I'm unfamiliar with Sambar. Is that web server software like Apache? If it is web server software, then yes, you can do a web server with a dynamic IP. I've done it at home with my Linux box before.

Is your IP from your provider dynamic (WAN) or the IP of your webserver inside the routerh (LAN)?

Actually the IP isn't dynamic at all. It's always the same for all of my three computers (Internet IP not LAN-IP), however when I try to serve on that specific IP (using Apache or Sambar) I get a page cannot be displayed error!

If i type: L O C A L H O S T it works alright - the LAN-IP also works, but that is only for computers inside my LAN.
