Wow. You're a sad little person now aren't you? I'm certainly no fan of T.O., but for gods sake, have a LITTLE sympathy for someone who had obviously reached rock bottom.
You're an idiot. Figure out something that would make you want to die (loss of a child, parent, spouse, overwhelming injury or pain, etc...) and then think that that is probably the type of pain TO is in right now.
Then realize someone seeing no option but to kill themselves is one of the most depressing things in the world.

Wow, this was just brought to my attention by a coworker. ESPN has the full story. He attempted suicide by ingesting 35+ pain killer pills.
Just heard on the local radio that TO is now saying he didn't OD, but it was a reaction the the pain drugs.
NFL or not, football is still his profession. Imagine doing your profession in front if millions and not enjoying it, but not being able to quit because you're so good at it.
He is probably surrounded by people who just want to hang out with him for his money or his fame, but not becaue of him. His relationships are probably very shallow and he is probably unable to start a relationship off on the right foot.
It smacks of the old adage "Be careful of what you ask for, you might get it."
Money, fame and power != happiness.
Hell even Trump, Gates got married and had kids.

He takes 5 pills over the past 10 days and then has to take 35 in one evening.
Either he was conpletely going off the deep end (mentally), knew that his cry for attention would get him taken care of medically before any damage occurred and he would get the spotlight, or he knew that that amount of pills would have no effect and he couild still get attention.
Based on such statements, it is him being an attention whore.

I'm disappointed he didn't succeed. I've been fed up with his asshattery for years. He's a stain in the world of pro sports. I normally sympathize with people who have troubles, but I never feel bad for chronic, shameless assholes and TO was definitely an expert at being one. If at first you don't succeed....
When you're that unhappy, you get some help. Go find a therapist. Go camping. Buy some nice cigars and go watch some sunsets. He can afford to buy his own island where he can relax and fly his therapis out too. He's already a goddamn attention whore of the asbolute worst type and now he wants to die? POOR BABY! This guy literally works 6 (even less if you don't count the days of required rest) months of the year and he's SAD???

Deon Sanders admits to wanting to commit suicide on the "Beyond the Glory" show on Fox Sports. I dont't remember if he attempted suicide or not.
