To RMA or not to RMA, that is the question

Ok I got a EPoX 8KHA+ and a Gainward GeForce 4 4400 Ultra700. The capacitors are awfully close, but they DO NOT exactly touch. Maybe 1 - 2 mm of space. Here's a pic: card

So what would you do? EPoX would probably RMA the board for me but does one go throguh the hassle of one week at least without a pc? What would you do if you were in my shoes...

EDIT: GOD DAMN are geForce 4 fans LOUD! How much trouble is it to put a custom fan- anyone have any suggestions about this?

The spacing is something you don't have to worry about...if you just gotta have more space then you can see if you can GENTLY bend the one out of the way a bit more...it won't damage anything either way...

I wouldn't RMA it if they aren't touching, and like Johnny said it wouldn't hurt if they were bent ever so slightly as long as they keep a SOLID connection they'll still work 100%.

lozina, I'm going to put another vote in to not RMA the video card, as the capacitors aren't touching. I like yourself would not want to be w/o a PC for a week.

With the insulation and all, there shouldn't be massive electomagnetic interference.

Some people just shove them apart when they do touch.
