No, it's not worth it, what's done is done and talking to your SO about past flings and what not will only hurt your SO and cause unneeded stress on your relationship.
 
Tell only that which is relevant. With 2 adults, I think it's a given that they had past relationships that didn't work out. If you want your relationship to work, make it a fresh start. Telling all could lead to judgement about past mistakes that you have learned from and would be unlikely to do again.
