I was just wondering... is there any monitor out there with perfect geometry? It seems that every monitor I plug into my system has similar geometry problems (this is through many upgrades with different mobos and vid cards)

are small geometry problems just part of the game?

I bought two Iiyama Vison Pro 450 (A901HT) Refurbished. Both required focus adjustments on arrival. However, the company walked me through it by phone easily (and without electrocution). They continue to function perfectly. They were at a 50% discount from online prices of new ones, if I recall. I also am running one Dell LCD that I bought cheap that has one dead pixel. These monitors are very inexpensive, compared to the "new" ones. However, each one may or may not be a "good buy". You take your chances (YTYC).

I bought a refurb NEC Multisync E1100+ (21" Shadow Mask) from Ubid about 2 years ago. Still works great. The colors and brightness do seem faded compared to my Dell Trinitron (bought new) 17". I don't know how it would compare to another Shadow Mask monitor.

Well, as far as merkortech goes im going to shy away.

Ive sent about 4 e-mails to both the salse and service address over the last 3 weeks and not one has been answered. Thats a sure sign for me of a company I really dont need to be dealing with
