How did you get your customer number? I didn't see it anywhere when I signed up.. is it eventually emailed?

My 'client number' and 'account number' were sent to me by US mail, but this was a couple years ago.

When I signed up more than 2 years ago, it gave me my customer number online at the final screen. I remember because they told me to print it out.

If you remember your PIN, you can call the toll free number. They locate your account (by name and address) and put you over to an automated queue. You key your PIN in and the computer gives you your customer number.
