Getting DSL this month. Do I need an ethernet(NIC) card if
I plan on only having one puter connected to the DSL???

Most DSL providers will offer a fairly economical NIC; a Dlink or something like that for $30 (for example).

You can probably get one over at the for sale/trade forum for a fairly good deal.

Some companies are now doing a DSL/Cable Modem that is USB, so a NIC is not needed, but a USB port is required.
