To Neg or Not to Neg

i bought a pair of sunglasses on eBay that were listed as COACH. they were counterfeit. I paid $65.00 for them. this seller is listing a lot of them. I sent them back to her and she refunded my money.

Selling counterfeit items is illegal. It is also a sh!tty thing to do when listing them as authentic and taking good money for them. I am not big on leaving negs.. and she did refund my money... but I want to warn others.

so, do i neg her to warn others... or just let others get fooled too?

EDIT: she has already left me positive feedback... she did so as soon as i paid her.

I thought this was a typo for nef at first.

I wouldn't leave any feedback and report her to eBay. You've got your money back though, so what can a neg do now?

edit: and it is not like she made a mistake... she had like 15 auctions open the other day.. al LV and Gucci and Coach... all fakes.

this is why ebay is EVIL and a down right disgrace. they should have ebay employees hammering her, this shouldn't even be a question, that seller should be BANNED from ebay

but no, ebay doesn't give a rip about this type of thing, as long as they get a cut on the sale, they look the other way

ebay is worse than sour horse semen left in the sun for 3 days and re-heated in a crock pot for 20 hours :evil:

Actually, eb*y will do something but only if it's reported, investigated, and fully documented by the ebaying public. That's right, ebay doesn't want to spend a dime on employee resources for this type of thing, so they expect free labor from its customers. Just one of its strategies they use to save money and make the customers feel 'good inside', when in reality you've just worked for them for free.

she made it private so no one can see what i left her...

but i reported her to Ebay and will call coach legal dept tomorrow.

i was wondering the same thing..

how can it still be 100%?

i thought it was just me needing to clear my cache... but if you are all seeing 1oo% too there is something wrong.
