Biden's justice dept seems reluctant to indict/arrest Trump and rightly so.
it opens up a can of worms by arresting a former Pres who can still run for Pres again.

Repubs can weaponize this in the future by indicting/arresting the Dem candidate for Pres when they control the Whitehouse.

To take advantage of the Dems political weakness, Trump has to run for Pres in 2024 to keep himself out of jail.

Lawyers care, even a hack like Barr had clear limits that were far, far short of show arrests of political opponents. I doubt the Republicans are ready to make Lin Wood the AG.
