It's an amazing thing that this man's life was saved by brilliant surgeons and the level of function he still has. It looks like he only suffered scaring and not much else.

Makes me appreciate my life and how menial the BS I put up with at work really is. You couldn't pay me $1 million to go to Iraq and perform any type of job. No way.

Just really heart felt.

Problem for him is the brain damage he has, not the scars.

He was supposed to be the next night news anchor and make millions. But that is pretty much gone. Of course they are not going to fire him, at least for now.

He seems like his rehabilitation has really helped when he presented in the beginning?
