MX is memory bandwidth limited and therefore o/c the memory is more important to o/c the core.
Anyone can o/c the 5.5ns SDRAM to 220MHz and above (stable)? Please specify your cooling modification and post the benchmark.
What is the best combination of core/memory ? You may argue the highest is the best (230/220) but it it not the case.

I have my prophet II MX running at 200/225, just the heatsink on the core and Ram sinks on the memory. Any higher and I get massive artifacts. Its stable at 215 core but I noticed maybe 20-50 extra 3d marks and maybe 2-3 fps more so I left it at 200.

on a PIII@875Mhz I'm pulling 5700ish 3dmarks (default bench).

cooling on ram chips does almost nothing(1-2 mhz?) just look at the 3d prophet 2 has ram heatsincs and it does not overclock half of what the anahilator 2 does(in reviews I read anyway)
