I sent my girl in Texas 2 different packages via Fed Ex. One was a flower arrangement from Greatflowers.com, shipped overnight. The damn arrangement sat in Michigan at the airport for 6 hours. I had the flowers sent back, because wilted roses tomorrow aren't fresh flowers today.
I called greatflowers, but they're closed and their voicemail box is full. Fed Ex told me that I need to talk to them to get my money back. So, I gotta do that tomorrow.
2nd Package-
Sent it overnight yesterday, paid 23 bucks to have it shipped. Fed Ex says they delivered it, she was home, and it never showed up. I started a trace with Fed Ex.
You'd think, just maybe, they'd bat .500 and one of them would have been delivered. Oh no, not the case.
Now, 110 bucks on Valentine's stuff including shipping, and she doesn't have a single thing I bought. She had a really bad day, and I wanted those presents to show up, to brighten her day. Neither showed up. I feel bad, I just wanted things to be right.
I had a sh;tty day too, this just tops it off.
**Edit** I called FedEx last night and had the flowers sent back to the sender, or so I thought. I check the tracking number today, and they're set for delivery. Went from Michigan to Tennessee to Texas. So I called again and the lady said she'd send an urgent message to the courier to not deliver them. For Christ's sake, can't they do anything right?
The number for the flower place is busy. I'll bet that they are innundated with phone calls right now. ***2nd Edit** Got through, finally. They were swamped with calls, she said. The girl was really nice, gave me a refund with no problem. 1 down, 1 to go.
grrr.
late.
