Are you stupid?

Either erase the code, or don't. Dont do something fancy that leaves trails all over.

Not a good idea. You can ignore bugs or potential problems. If nobody sees it, you don't see it. ;)

If you don't expect to get a good reference anyway, make sure the police get an "anonymous tip" about the drug dealing going on there.

I'm gonna wait my 8 days, get whatever letters I can get from other Managers (The ones I can trust) throughout the office. And leave no notice. I'll leave the code alone, just make a copy for myself. I don't expect any kind of good reference from him even if I do give a notice (he told a prospective employer calling for my dad that he fired him and he thinks he stole from the company, My dad gave proper notice).

I'll type up instructions on how to fix common problems around the office, a list of PW's for PC's and servers, all the service contract info for all the office equipment.

Make a copy of my company vehicle key, and send via signature fedex the original. eaving the copy with the instructions I type up (That way I have proof that they have all their company assets back and they can't say the company doesn't have it)
