To get an LLC for a hobby web site or not?

I want to start two hobby web sites. 1 for product reviews and another about the web. I expect a decent amount of traffic over time. Should I incorporate or go with an LLC? I want to be protected, but I don't know what the threats are. Or if it is needed. If I review a bad product, and say so, they could sue me and more then likely they will not win. But the cort costs may be too much. I ned some help deciding here...

Thanks!

Regardless of how you incorporate or go LLC, you might want to look into an "errors and omissions" insurance policy which could insure you in the event you make an error.

What liability could you possibly have running a website?

Lible/slander is the only thing I can think of, and the risk of anyone suing you for something said on a website is very, very, very small.

(Unless you're selling stuff. If you're going to sell stuff that might be a different story.)
