To Fry's customers who removed the UPC code by mistake...

I bought a LCD monitor for my nephew and he has one already. I foolishly removed the UPC codes by hurrying and not being patience.

Were anyone of you sucessful returning an item to Fry's?

How did you remove the UPC code by mistake? The only reason I've ever removed a UPC code from a box was to mail in for a rebate.
