to form a LLC: at year end or year beginning?

I am about to start my own LLC, but I don't know whether there is any difference if I register it now (Dec. 2005) or register it in Jan. 2006.

Also, any tax implication between these two?

Do at the begining, that way you won't need to file a tax return for the last few days of this year.

do it when your ready...your obviosuly not ready right now...
and to file the paperwork and get it all signed off...well its a bit too late at this point to get it in for 2005 i wuld bet...
