Got a Tyan Tiger MP here along with an Epox 8RDA (currently setup)
I do alot of Photoshop and CCE (MPEG-2 encoding app) that both take advantage of 2 CPU's. Officially Tyan has a 1900+ as being the max for this board. I was thinking of running 2x 2400+'s and was wondering if anyone has done the same thing.
Second part of the question is...my 1700+ is running @ 2300Mhz on my 8RDA. Other than buying another 1700+ and modding the multiplier to a set multipler (if I could ever find a guide) to overclock both on the Tyan board (AND if 2400+'s don't work), should I keep the 1CPU 8RDA that has a faster memory/CPU bus, or attempt the dual CPU setup? (Run-on sentence from hell I know)
Any feedback on CPU compatibility would be nice as well.
