is it required to install win98 first? can i just install win200 first then install win98 and have dual booting?

ok, im getting two answers here.
I need to install win98 for my vivo module, video in only works in win98, and i just like win2k better.
so what should install first?

Based on what I've read in several places, if you want to dual boot 98 and 2K, you should install 98 first. Makes for a MUCH easier upgrade (supposedly). I did it that way and had no problems whatsoever.
