To do an IDE Raid MB or not to do

I would like to set up a new system with IDE RAID 0. What is a good MoBo? Here is what I was thinking...

1) I just bought two 120 Seagate 7200.7 drives for $60 each after rebate. These would be for file storage & processing of Digital Video.
2) I have the 80 gigger seagate for OS and other stuff. This will be the main drive.
3) It should be an AMD system. I am thinking about the AMD Athlon XP 3000+ 400MHz
4) 1 gig of RAM is fine, but would like the option to go bigger

OR>>>>> Would it be better to get a great MB without the IDE RAid and go with a PCI card? I would still boot form the 80 gigger.

Thanks!

JJ
