To confirm is there any charge for a AT&T fiber tech to come out to fix a issue ? Even if not seen?

AT&T told me no but I am not sure to believe them. Just wondering what people's experience have been.

Sense my previous Cable Company ISP charges for everything.

I don't have at&t for internet, just cell phone. I've been a customer since 2000, and they have never lied to me yet
I have Verizon and Spectrum for tv & internet, and they never lied to me either. As bad as Spectrum is for customer
service, they have done what they promised

You need to get over your trust issues.
