To check the speed of a Video Card

I just got a Geforce 6500 today, according to the XFX website, it should have 333MHz memory by stock. However, in the Nvidia menu (w/ coolbits) it's 400MHz core and 400MHz memory. However, when I check it in Rivatuner it says 200MHz on memory, why is it??

As far as I know the Nvidia menu shows the real clk spd instead of the effective clockspeed (e.g 7900GT 750MHz memory).

So is there a program that can really tell me the clockspeed of the card?
Thanks!

Because some of the overclocking programs detect 200MHz when this also means 400MHz DDR. Not sure about yours, but Radlinker shows memory clock speeds that way.
