Is it protons + neutrons + electons - deuteron?

or is it protons + neutrons - deuteron?

I have two text books and they both say two different things. The one that shows an example is the one with the protons and neutrons only.

Actually if someone can help me

its for Ti-50
so I got
(original amu of Ti = 49.9448)
(49.9448)(1.66056*10^-27) = (8.2936337*10^-26)

22e = (22)(9.10939*10^-26)=(2.0040658*10^-24)
22p = (22)(1.67263*10^-24)=(3.679786*10^-23)
28n = (28)(1.67494*10^-24)=(4.689832*10^-23)

ok what should i do now? I'm going crazy over this!
