What ver. would you all suggest??

I use Win98, so it's not first hand experience, but I've read good things about the 3116 drivers for Win2K.

I use the latest beta win2k drivers. All I have to say is that the reference drivers that came with the card messed up my comp (would randomly reboot every 5-20 minutes into a game as if I had hit the reset button), while it is running sweeet with the beta drivers.
