that's the dumbest advice. you'll be miserable for most of your adult life...

i'm just going to say this once more and if you don't take this advice, you're a frickin' moron and you'll see i'm right eventually:

go into whichever profession you truly have a passion for

Doctors are leaving Liousana and Nevada in droves! It's not much better in Missouri and several other states. Canada's best are coming to the states in increasing numbers inspite of our problems.

It would seem that the medical profession is a very hard way to go!

Yeah....you may get sued like a mo...

Hey is there anything in your life that is not political? Does everything have to be Democrat or Republican? Or Liberal or Conservative? Man you really need to get a life. I dont think this decision should be based on politics. You know Tominator you sound like a political Jehovah's Witness. I wonder if you would take one of your family members to the emergency room and refuse to let the doctor treat them cause he voted democrat. LOL

Very little of my life or yours is not in some way affected by politics.

In some hospitals in Nevada you don't dare take someone to just any emergency room! Lawsuits have created a huge shortage of doctors and all hospitals in Nevada are not staffed with doctors 24/7.

As for myself? Under threat of prosecution and loss of job I must track my activities 24/7/365!! I get random drug tests. Everything must be documented. I carry around more ID than a 5 star general. Government and therefore politics plays a very important part in my life.

I deal with the State Police, the EPA, the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Transportation as well as the armed forces. In some jobs I'm tracked by the US Navy via satellite!

Now, ask yourself if Government affects my life?
