I was wondering about two things:

1. Does anyone have any experience with getting PC apps to run on it, i believe you have to use darwine.

2. Also, what are you thoughts (on stability, performance, etc.)?

Yes I have installed OS X 10.2

The machine I tested it on was
P4, 2ghz 1GB DDR 400
Intel 865 PE chipset
Nvidia Ti4200

It worked sort of. I didn?t try and dual boot but apparently its really ?phun? when you do.
I just got a old HDD put the DVD in and installed it.

I couldn?t get the Networking to work because of the onboard network PHY is a marvell I couldn?t find any OS X drivers for it..

So I disabled it and put in a realtek RT8139 and couldn?t get that working either.

I played with it for a few hours then formatted ?

My install/setup went pretty smootly, except that the OS doesnt have drivers for my video card (GeForce 5200) or my modem, some cheap modem. I'm also having problems with my integrated NIC. It has the drivers, works, but I can't do any manul configuration, which is kinda weird, but oh well, at least it works.

Other than that, my experience has been pretty positive. BTW, the system I tested it on:

P4 2.8ghz Northwood
1.5gb RDRAM
40gb IDE Seagate HD
GeForce FX 5200
Gigabyte MoBo, not sure which model atm
Off name-brand modem

Darwine is just in its first steps of not actually being an emulator and I hear it's a long way from stable still. Probably the only people who can get useable results from it are those that can actually hack on it.

i suspect transgaming will have cedega for osX out by the end of the year. Its a new market and one they should jump on.
