I just signed up with Prudential and was wondering if there any books that are good reads for newbies like myself who are just get started in the business.

May I suggest an Ethics in Business title or maybe one on customer service? Those ideals seem to be lost on the ones I've dealt with lately.

I live in Texas and they are real big and strict on ethics. My license can get suspended or revoked for any number of reasons.

In NYC most agents are bitter wannabes, actors, models, rock stars, etc. Idid some IT work in a few real estate offices, and the basic ethics are that of a crowd of vultures fighting over a corpse.
