Well, I've got the same mobo. I was reluctant to respond because I haven't personally tested any. But not many responses so-

The ones I researched and finally settled on was the D26 Black Mantaray (L12 version since I'm running a mobile CPU).

I got a lot of help from a member named Oldman420. Search him up and send him a PM. He fooled around with the different BIOS and IIRC the one above was his recommendation.

I was interested in achieveing a high FSB OC. I also hear that what ram you are using will affect how successful the modded BIOS work for you.

EDIT: I can run a FSB of 220 on stock BIOS. I never did the flash because I switched from some real expensive/high speed 256MB sticks to the 512MB sticks I now have. I don't think these 512MB can do over 220FSB anyway. Besides, I'm a FPS gamer and it's really all about the gfx card anyway for peeps like me.

Which RAM is very much part of the equation.
I used to run 2x512Mb XMS3200C2 at 240 fsb, CPC on with my NF7-S V2.0

That's a pretty good FSB speed. What BIOS were you using?

I suppose you backed-off the Cas to 2.5?

Can't remember the exact 1 but it was 1 of tictac's.

Well, they were actually only rated at 2.5 on AMD anyway.
CH-5 based & it took 2.9V
