tnt2 ultra default core and memory speed?

Im having trouble with my tnt2 hanging when playing games like UT and Q3. It locks up with the sound still going and only ater around 15mins. I used tnt clock to change the settings. I wanted to know what are the default speeds for the tnt2 ultra, because I lowered it down to 150/180 core/memory and im still getin lock ups. Should I go lower?

150/183 was the officially spec speed. My card was doing the same thing to. I had to drop down to 165/183 to kep t stable. I am afraid that'll I'll have to upgrade sooner than expected.

Guillemot Maxi Gamer Xentor 32: 175/183
Any others: 150/183

(The two companies were different then, Guillemot bought Herc after the TNT2)

Is there anyway to reset it to the defaults, because I didnt have this problem until I started to screw with tntclock. It would work perfectly at the defaults.
