TNT2 Pro -> Ultra

Someone just told me that a TNT2 Pro can be OCed to Ultra. Is that true? If so, how to?

Should be more OC'able than an Ultra since its made on a .22 process compared to the Ultra's .25
Dont know about the memory though.
Check some nVidia fansites for TNTClk, by far the best OCing program for TNT cards.
