tnt2 32mb or geforce 2 mx200 ?

i was wondering which one to get. it's not going to be used for gaming much, more likely to use to watch dvds and use tv-out to watch on a tv.

it's either Power Color Sniper 2 Riva TNT2 M64 32mb with Tv-out from newegg for approx. $53
or CHAINTECH VideoExcel AGP-RITV Geforce2 MX200 32MB SDRAM Video Card w/ TV-OUT from shentech for $68.

or please recommend something better, i need tv-out, agp, and retail. thanks for any help.
