TNT 2 Ultra problems... Please help!!!

I have a TNT 2 Ultra that I recently installed on my new ABIT KA7. Every
once and a while, my computer halts when windows appears, and I get a green
bar on the top of the screen. This always requires a hard reboot. I
thought I tracked down the problem to be that I was running the TNT 2 in AGP
4x mode, but now that I installed my SB Live card, I am getting this green
bar/halt again. Does anyone know what is going on? Thanks alot!!!

There are known boot problems with Geforce & a few Abit boards, what Abit say is they will modify your board for a small charge(contact Abit).Btw some Geforce cards work fine but others don`t.If it`s not your board try detonator 2 drivers they appear more stable.

I have a TNT2 Ultra on an A7V. I am unable to run windows 2000 for more than a few minutes if I have it in AGP 4x. By running it in 2x mode, everything is fine and stable. I have been wondering about this for a bit.. when the v770 (tnt2 ultra) came out, I dont think there were any agp 4x BOARDS even though it boasted agp 4x capability. It's not really a big deal considering the MINIMAL performance increases with this board under 4x.

The TNT2's AGP4x doesn't always work. You may want to try 2x if that's stable, as there is little difference.
