tmobile...how i hate you so...

so...i go into the tmobile store to getmyself a new sim card (old one took a dump on me)...i plop down the 22 bucks ...stupid guy in the store gives me the new sim card...i go on my merry way, happy that it didnt take the usual 30mins to get in and out of that wretched place...

i get halfway down the road...and find out they gave me the wrong damn number...he put my dad's # on this sim card...so now, not only does mine still not works, now my dads phone doesnt work. i go back...sit around for an hour while they try to work out the problem...they give me another sim card with the correct number on it (didnt charge me) and say my dad has to wait 24 hours...which is such BS...he works for the state and i own my own business...either of us being out of phone more than 30 mins is a HUGE HUGE hassel...but there is nothing we can do...they compensate us with 100mins...whoopie... -_-

24hours later...dad's phone works great...but, they fvcked mine up! they swhiched mine back to the old sim card! ARGH!!!! i am now far away from tmobile and cannot go get another sim card...so i have to wait 24 hours...i wait...nothing happens...i call and complain...they give us $60 cred to the acct for being a bad company...and tell me to wait ANOTHER 24 hours...24 horus goes by...NOTHING! i am super pissed now...i call, they cant do anything else b/c of holidays...they give me asnother $40 (to pay for sim cards) and tell me to get another...i get another...things are good so far...but i fear they will swap it back to the old sim card again because they suck monkey nuts....

the moral? tmobile sucks >_<!!!

jemcam: i dont think i'm gonna switch...all carrier's have their downsides...this is one of few times tmo has pissed me off

Why do you need to get a new sim card? I'm confused. When I switch sim cards I just call Cingular, give them the number and they switch my service to the new card. It takes like 15 minutes tops.
