Jelly Bean is smooth and nice. But Google Now drains battery But it's so useful that I make the sacrifice.

It should be out soon (assuming T-Mobile can doesn't dally further). Samsung already released it for most models.

The semi stalker ish creepy feature that is Google Now. Which draws data from all your google searches

Cleaned up code, more efficient, better memory management. Phone should appear smoother & faster(somewhat noticeable). New animations in Touchwiz.
Google Now(which I keep off due to battery life)
