TMD fans with rheobus?

I just got a 3.5" rheobus and it's working great with my intake and exhaust fans.. but I wasn't sure if it would work with a TMD fan. I use a Vantec Aeroflow to be more specific.

Also.. does anyone know if it's possible to read the RPM's off the rheobus? Do I have to somehow make a connection with a header on the motherboard to be able to do that?

how is that aeroflow ? im concidering buying one for a system building

It's working great for me. I had an SK6 w/ 60mm 4800rpm fan prior to the Aeroflow and I was getting temps around 50C. Now I'm getting around 33C with the Aeroflow.

It should work fine with the rheobus I have the same HSF and I just used a Zalman Fant Mate on mine to quiet down the fan.
