TKO Ebay account verification??

I got an email with the subject TKO eBay acount verification. It said it was from ebay and that someone tried to access my account with a foreign IP. Then it gave a link to some authorization for my account.
Is this a scam, what should I do??

I got a spoofed email from "paypal" last night that wanted me to click on
a link and log in....

I put some choice passwords in the form until I got tired of it and then moved on 🙂
